Refund Policy

At GraphicRise Art & Media, we strive to deliver exceptional design services. However, we understand that situations may arise where cancellation or refund is necessary. Please review our policy below:

1. Cancellation Before Project Initiation

If the discussed project has not been initiated and the client requests cancellation within 1 day of payment, a 100% refund of the received amount will be issued. The cancellation request must be made in writing to our official email: [email protected]

2. Cancellation After Project Initiation

Once our team has begun work—such as research, concept creation, or design development—no refund will be applicable. Partial or milestone-based work is considered billable and is non-refundable.

3. Mutual Project Termination

If the project is terminated by mutual agreement, the client will receive all completed deliverables up to that point. Further payments will be waived; however, no refund will be provided for previous payments or advances.

4. No Refund in the Following Scenarios

  • The client approves the proposal and work has begun.

  • The project remains dormant for over 30 days due to lack of client communication.

  • The client fails to provide timely or accurate project inputs.

  • Delays are caused by the client, not by GraphicRise.

  • Refunds are not applicable for digital marketing packages, but cancellation is allowed with 30 days’ prior written notice.

5. Delay & Delivery Clause

There is no compensation for project delivery delays unless otherwise specified in a written agreement with a penalty clause for delayed execution.

We strongly recommend maintaining transparent and timely communication throughout the project for smooth execution and quality outcomes.
